If there is NO past in lay down to bring up 1101(b) do you feel they are just trying to deteer me at what is really at hand? And I do want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I never needed nor strieved for a law degree, so help is so much apprciated.

they are trying to scare you stick to your guns those people are wrong as sin and they know it There must be a criminal account of someone's that they intend to bring up, otherwise why would they invoke that section of the Evidence Code. Have you asked all of your witnesses whether they have any criminal convictions? What in the order of your father's past?

You need an attorney. Now. You will lose if you don't get one.

You should probably be more specific.

1101(b) of what? US Tax Code? Immigration Code of Belize? Wisconsin Statutes? Who are "they", and what did they do that might deter you, and from what?

Without more facts, the only possible answers are "Maybe" and "hmmmm."
