What a conundrum! I'm intrigued by your quiz. We are mulling it over a coffee and have deduced that we need more information. Are the two participant married or in a relationship that would make money obsolete, because they bring back free sex all time? Are the people under 18, because consequently it would be child pornography and pimping and maybe some other crimes too. But on the prima facia of the information, i'd say not illegal. Free speech, freedom of expression, the equivilant of buying a dirty magazine. Ask a advocate if you want concrete advice.
don't think it is illegitimate
it is morally evil! accepting money from someone who watch you having sex! this situation just show a condition where associates lost their dignity! having sex must be private! privacy is very important to gain your dignity!!!!!!!
I do not think so, but you hold to check your state, local and county laws. In some states they have old law that were never updated that forbid certain sexual acts and if some over-zealous decree officer was out to get you they would dig it up.
I'm assuming this is another of the many, plentiful questions posted here about why prostitution is illegal and pornography is not. What breed prostitution illegal is the SOLICITATION of sex, not the actual act. Pornography does not involve solicitation.
Different cities, counties, states hold different laws about this. If you plan to do this on a regular basis you want to talk to an attorney. Remember in some places sodomy is still illegal.
Depends on the state I suppose. What an odd question.
