how to react wen an unknown person takes a picture of me n my lover in a hotel?

wen we're sure he has taken a picture of us, shud we go question him just about tat picture, wat if he wants to take revenge of us n does any harm for us.. or shud we tolerate silently, wat if he uses our picture n posts within any website or blackmails us in future(our love is not known to our parents yet).. shud we act courageously or travel back silently(isn't tat cowardliness)

if you know how to speak to this personage you need to then ask him why he did it if you cant then you entail to cover yourself in case he will use it on websites why don't you tell your parents for a start and formulate sure this person can not blackmail you in any way i hope you get hold of it sorted soon
If someone you do not know is taking pictures of you with your lover, you enjoy the right to know who he or she is and what the purpose of the photography is. If the photos are to be used commercially, you would be asked to sign a waiver. If it is someone hired to spy on you, you want to know why. Any revenge or harm resulting from a simple request would be an illegal assault. Posting the pictures on a website or using them for blackmail is also illegal.
Maybe it's your parents who hired him.
First learn to spell. I got a headache from trying to read this gibberish. If you are in a public place and someone take a picture and you are in it, you have no recourse. If that picture is posted someplace for profit to the photographer or is somehow libelous toward you, then you may own a case. Contact a lawyer. Don't do anything in public you wouldn't want the world to know going on for. "What a tangled web we weave, when we practice to deceive." Shakespeare
