Someone made a mistake on my temporary custody order.?

I'm in California. I was in court re: Order to Show Cause.
After the deem set the orders I leaned over to talk to my advocate for ~10 second. Everyone started packing up. I walked back to my seat and asked if I might brand one request, that "S" (the father) and his family air out their house at least an hour until that time visitation because of indoor pot and tobacco use. The judge said, "An hour is not enough time to air out the house. Would you be prepared to visit somewhere away from your house?" S replied, "I would be more than happy to."
I just get a copy of the order and it says, "Reasonable visitation shall include the right to visit every Sunday from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. at S's home until the subsequent hearing on Apr. 3."

S has taken the child to visit a few places except his house and has also visited at his house. I found pictures of S & baby from the closing visit that show ash trays, lighters and possible drug paraphernalia in the background at S's house.
Do I enjoy to wait this out?
Yea that order is messed up. How old is your child? Why didn't you or your attorney ask for supervised visit or make sure that they would be at your home? This just seems strange to me. If my attorney agree to that happen to my baby you better bet I would be finding a new one and getting my butt fund into court. Bring those pictures with you next time you go.

EDIT you inevitability to ask for supervised at a facility then and request he take parenting classes.
Go back to court and ask the consider to review the order and state that there was a mistake. If you verbs about the well-being of your child, ask the court to appoint a guardian ad litem (GAL) so that they can assess S's house and make an end report to the court. The GAL looks after the best interest of the children and do not have anything to do with your custody issue.

The above is my opinion and is not permitted advice, please consult an attorney if you need legal warning.
