Why can't they believe that a judge would let a child abuser walk free?
similar thing happened to my son 12 years ago, he was 2 & a babysitter 'got away near abusing him', well he was sentanced to 18 months probation, but still walk free....so why is the world 'surprised' by this? (well sky news anyway!!! lol)
They do it next to murderers and rapists as well,there is a school of thought concerning a more permanent solution,this would also permanently protect the rest of you,first from the perpetrators and second from the judiciary that allows re-offending to occur.There is an dated saying--"YOU SHOULD NEVER FIX THINGS THAT AINT BROKE". Sometimes it makes me wonder.......and truly make me think possibly those judges are paedophiles themselves.

I think that child abusers should be castrated and own their hands chopped off too !!!!! Sorry to hear that about your boy, I quality some judges should be questioned by a board on all their decision after cases of abuse, murder, rape( in no order ) and other shocking crimes.
Its disgusting how this chid abusers get off scott free for what they do, rape, child maltreat etc should have high sentences to deter these sickos, why the law have no set sentence for these people is beyond me, but like yo said the amount of people getting away near it why are we surprised. Its a common thing with the sentencing we should be used to the poor sentences given by in a minute but everyone is always hoping that the next sentence given out to these horrible people will be a deterent so thats probably why ethnic group are surprised, they feel the justice system has tolerate the family and the victim down.
Charmed, I will only say that yours are my sentiments entirely. because thats the nanny do-gooder governing body thats in charge-mustn't lock up the nonces in case it's surrounded by contravention of their human rights-nobody spares a thought for the victims and their families.
personally i'd cut their nuts off.
alternatively-how much would you as a parent be prepared to reimburse for 5 minutes alone in a room with this scumbag??
