Ok I was wondering...If you download limewire and then you download Illeagal child porn can't you get the IP address from the being you downloaded it from? and if so why don't the cops just do that? and who could the cops arrest? the person who downloaded it or the person that put it on nearby or both? I don't think the person who watches it should get arrested(GOD be beside them though) But the person that is putting it on there should be! Thanks

Yes the cops do that. They usually try to catch the ethnic group who are actually doing the photography or who are selling child porn as they are the real criminals. Every so often you read give or take a few child porn rings getting busted. They usualy do but They cant bust them if they are in YAKATAMA island

Are you kidding-people who watch child porn should be arrested, and surrounded by fact are, when they are caught. Chances are, most of the files will actually be cops trying to catch empire out (saying it's a file, but open it, and they get adjectives the person's details) or something like that.

The person that searches and downloads child pornography is of late as bad as the person that put it there within my opinion.

Im probably going to attain called the devil for this, but here goes. Child porn is disgusting, especially because of the fact the child usually have no choice in the matter. In addition, they are not antediluvian enough to even consent. That is why I think that filming, acting surrounded by, or distributing child porn should be a major crime.

Where we are all going wrong is what we should do to the viewers. Someone should not be convicted of a crime soley because they watch a piece of medium on the internet, regardless of what it is. It is legal to watch peoples heads catch cut off and take pleasure out of it. Legal....to take bliss in the death of someone....However, it is something that is view, and thus should not be prosecuted. The same goes for child porn. I know people who have be put in jail for merely stumbling across a picture. This is not right, our system is designed too give as much freedom as possibly, gist it is better to let a few guilty people go free than a few innocent folks go to prison and get a record for the rest of their time.

Dont get me wrong, Child porn is atrocious. But everyone bloodlust for getting people who merely watch it is chancy. This is how drug laws, prohibition and many other laws come about that ended up being unpromising. In the past people were generally prosecuted only for having large volumes of dope, presently a bud of weed is a great way give someone a ticket to pay the already underfunded judicial system. We dont have need of more stupid **** to prosecute people for, go for the big guys and the little ones will dissapear.
