my Ex-wifes Lawery & judges WIFE are best friends?


How can I prove that they are conspiring only to get best results for the ex-wife. As I am geting beat up surrounded by Martin County, Fl. court system. All I know is they are friends and have coffee togeather is that enough to get court to move my suitcase and will the judge admit to move my case??

Do not waste your time and money on what you propose. Even if it be the judge and her lawyer, it would not change the bench rulings. The law is a game with these guys. The sort out may be friends with certain lawyers, but if he let this influence his findings based on evidence and the rule of law, the press will ride him out of department.
They need to hermit themselves, this is not ethical.,.tell YOUR lawyer.
That could be conflict of interest. You should ask the judge to recuse himself. You may hold to speak up in court yourself to get it on the record. Not various lawyers have the nads to ask a judge to remove himself from a casing.
You need a private investigator...one who is willing to go up against a peacemaker. Then you need photographs of them together in public. That should be enough to draw from the judge removed from the case. Good luck!
It definately shows a possible conflict of interest. You call for to have your attorney report this to the Judicial Ethics Committe in your area, and to the Local Bar Association. Fraternization of this type during a baggage is, in my opinion, unethical. Additionally, the possible conflict of interest should own been divulged by your ex-wife's attorney to whoever is representing you. Not to have done this could be viewed as colusion and, surrounded by an extremem case, could cost the offending attorney thier license to practice law.
