how can i change my legal name?
i have the irish (NOT GB), and chinese (HONG KONG) nationalities and the respective ID cards and passports, but i would like to lawfully change my name to add a fresh one. this is really important, and i am 16 atm, and would like to change it when i turn 18 and achieve new IDs and passports, is this possible?
