If you get a license in the virgin islands, can you still drive in Texas legally?

I know the requirements are different, like they take a class for 1day then they can attain it, so can they still drive here?
Best Answer:
Texas allows people with out-of-state licenses drive surrounded by the state as long as long as that jurisdiction does the same for Texas licenses, which is true of the Virgin Islands. However, the process for getting a license in the Virgin Islands is substantially like as in Texas. They need to pass a written and driving tryout.
