Can a Citizen, who has been attacked by the police, be forced to serve cops at his place of business?
A little less then ten years ago, a friend of mine was arrested on a dubious charge, trumped up by a police department looking to advance it’s arrest statistics (and thus justify it’s existence) and held, without bond for nearly six months before he be able to prove his innocence in a court of law. Having proven that police officer fabricated evidence and maliciously concealed exculpatory evidence, my friend was able to successfully bring suit against the police and use that money to start the first of several small business, including a convenience store, gas station, snow removal service, hobby shop, and several rental properties. While he be being held in violation of his eight amendment rights, my friend have more to fear from the sadistic “Corrections Officers” then he did from the other individuals with which he be incarcerated. As he founded each of his businesses, my friend established a policy that police, prosecutors, judges, corrections officers, federal agents, and adjectives other government officials who point their guns inward at American citizens and devote their careers to the despotism of American citizens and the suppression of the American Constitution are not to receive service in any of his establishments. On the other hand, those who protect American citizens and defend our Constitution, such as fire-fighters, soldiers, defense attorneys, etc. receive service for free or at a great discount. Apparently, a rookie cop have been talking to some of those local attorneys about the possibility of suing my friend over this policy. Of course, this seem unlikely since Cops (and all other professions) are not themselves of a “protected class” and it is only illegal to discriminate base on a “protected classification” (such as race, religion, ethnicity, etc.) However, given how most “judges” no longer obey the Constitution, but attempt to force their own will onto the American people, is it imagined that this pigs suit might actually move forward??? Or worse yet, might he win and in doing so, force my friend to serve the oppressors he rightfully despises???

Well my friend, this is, after all, corporate America, not the America some of us remember. In corporate America, in attendance is no need for a "constitution",as we are seeing, as long as the peasants are somewhat fed, what more do they need, rights? If everyone have the "same" rights, the corporate machine wont function, has anyone else noticed the "Nazi" subject the US government is leaning toward? The government be formed to serve the country, not the other way around.
i thought near was this thing that store owners always put up a sign wise saying they have the right to refuse service
Check your state law. Most have a provision that allows businesses to refuse service as they see fit. The local Chamber of Commerce could help too.
I believe you have the right to serve who you want - it's your business , do as you choose. There are other places that the cops can get their "freebies".
