Yesterday, I forgot my licence at home and police oficer stoped me and gave me a ticket. What should I do now?


Wheather I would pay this fine or this will be dismissed on provision of licence in the court.

I was surrounded by court a few days ago and saw quite a few people go within front the judge with a "driving without a license" charge some of which lately forgot their purse or wallet. The judge asked to see their license and after viewing it dropped the ticket and ordered the person to pay a $35 court cost. But that can oscillate in each state, or court.
Usually if you go to court and explain to the judge that you were stopped and that you have left your license at home and show him your license they drop the charges.
I'd probably go to court with cash within hand, but explanation at the ready.
where im from we just own to bring our license to the police station. Show proof within 72 hours and then its dropped i think, but other drive with it
You have a license, you forgot it, pay the ticket. That is the cost of your violation.
Find out where you requirement to go to show your license and have the ticket dismissed.
Call the court and ask.
Ask for a hearing and present you license to the administrator. It won't win everything dismissed but it will get your fine reduced (because you are required to have a license at all times when you are driving).
I would just pay the ticket and permit this go. It's no big deal, unless the ticket is going to do more than hurt your wallet.

Go to court and take your license next to you. The judge will probably dismiss or reduce fine. You will have to plead guilty you did not have your license and the law is this, you are to carry your license at adjectives times.*
resourcefully, where i live. we dont even need our license to drive. all we obligation to know is our SSN and the police can look it up that way. if i were you, i would take my license to court and explain to them why you didnt own it. they should drop the charges
Failure to display authorization is a valid ticket. You can not pay it and go to court and hope the officer does not show up. That is your only chance besides paying the fine.
you need to reimburse the ticket and get over it. you are not supposed to be driving without it. plain and simple.
At home is without. settle the fine. Your license must be with you or you don't have it.
