i got in the mail today saying that my license will be suspended for being a habitual offender.can i fight it?
what can i do to fight this matter?
Best Answer:
Your state does hold a mechanism for an appeal and you should contact your states Department of Public Safety for learning what you need to do!
There's probably a notice of some way to appeal the suspension.
Hire a good DMV legal representative and buy a bus pass. Both equally helpfull here.
YOu will requirement a lawyer. You can maybe get them to permit you go to driving school instead. Also, you probably can get a special lisence that let you drive only to go to work and things like that. It depends what state you live contained by though. It probably also depends what you did. If it was just speeding tickets, you can probably work something out. If it was DUIs later you probably can't.
