Estate Information Services - with NO Estate?
My husband died a couple of months ago. He had no life insurance. There is no estate. I have for a time money, but am working 2 part-time jobs to make ends come across. I am a senior citizen. Am I required to pay his personal debts and medical bills?

In my state, yes, a spouse is personally liable for their spouse's medical bills. Whether that's true in your state or not, or almost the other bills, nobody here can answer because we don't have enough information - like where on earth you live for starters. If bill collectors are bothering you over his debts you need to see an attorney.
