i heard that if i married a mexican guy with no green card and we have to step back to mexico to get green card is that true?
No, you would just have to contact the CIS office and they would support you with all the papers and all that stuff. However, you better marry him raison d`¨ētre youre in love, otherwise its considered a crime and you could go to jail and he would be deported. nope if you grasp married you can work on getting him papers...
It depends.

If he is in the US legally (i.e. on a visa), you can draw from married and apply for immediate "adjustment of status."

If he was here illegally for more than six months, he may not be capable of get a marriage-based green card. If he was here illegally smaller quantity than six months, you get married outside of the US and then apply for legal status following.
