Ok, I made an Objection to the Magistrate Judge Report and Recommendation which I was allowed to object within 10 days of become aware of which I did in 9 days of notice. The Federal Judge has not answer my Objection surrounded by 3 months so are there any suggestions of what I should do next?
go down within and ask why they havent and ask can you now.

Do you ever check up on the answers to all the other times you have asked this question? Try reading the answers you seize.
It makes me wonder, if the judge answered in writing, conceivably you just didn't read it.
