If you were allowed to take one law off the books which one would it be?
Just pick one law that you think should not exist and say why? Thats trouble-free right?
tha law that says I hold to pay taxes, I think the reason is pretty unambiguous The law that gives a criminal all of his rights and forgets the rights of the sufferer. All of the appeals are a waste of taxpayers money. If he's found guilty without a doubt, then he should spend the rest of his vivacity in prison.
Drug law. Marijuana should be reclassified and legalized. Too many people are being taken from their family, losing their jobs, going to jail or pay huge fines lately so the gov can continue working the money making machine over a plant that is no more injurious than tobacco. actually tobacco is more harmful with adjectives the additives put in the cigs and chemicals that are sprayed on the plants.
The Real ID Act. It is too expensive, does nothing to stop people from hijacking planes, will be an swearing of privacy because so many people will have access to the national database that contains the name, addresses, SS#'s, etc. of all drivers. Just look at the problems in the US passport department. They hire subcontractors to process applications and those subcontractors decide to snoop in private citizen's files. The 3 presidential candidates are solitary a tiny tip of the iceberg; they only had a system to check on high profile relatives whose files were accessed. And even then it took them months to find out.
