What happens to the tailgater who smashed into me then threatened to bash me?
When I went to overtake on a double lane road the moron kept swerving from one lane to the other to stop me overtaking. I floored it past him and gave him the finger. He afterwards decided to tailgate me. As it was a road notorious for speed cameras I wasnt going to speed rotten to lose him so I pumped the brake which got him off my ***. He then did it again and I again pumped the brake.He didnt even attempt to stop, he lately ploughed into me. I pulled over and he and a chick got out and started screaming abuse at me. I locked the door and the guy stood in front of my coup¨¦ and the chick was yelling that she was needed me to get out the car to bash my ******* head contained by. The guy took heaps of photos of me and my car and then they both started kicking and spitting and scratching my motor. I got the number plate and am wondering if I will get into trouble and what trouble will they be in? Im within Aust and my understanding is rear end collisions are other the fault of the person who hits the rear conclusion.

You don't know how lucky you are, here in the U.S. they would have shot you. I don't know if youz guys enjoy any "road rage" laws there, but it at least sounds approaching "hit and run" and "assault" at the least, if they get caught. You both are at fault and you both are totally stupid for endanger others on the road. Take an anger management course and a defensive driving course and grow up earlier you kill someone.
