how do you get emancipated?
and if you get emancipated at the age of 16 can you still go to high institution what does it all mean to be emancipated
Best Answer:
you need permission from youre parents or guardian... to get emancipated... or so... afterwards you have the legal rights , to do what you want with youre bank accounts, signing papers, bills, insurance, other things...
It's terribly hard to be emancipated...you have to have a really suitable reason. I don't know if you can do it at 16 I know you can at 17. you still can go to high college and all that, get a job...apartment...the full nine yard. You have to get a lawyer though, so you enjoy to have money in order to draw from one unless you find one that will do it pro bono...some will depending on the circumstances.
First you need to live contained by a state that permits emancipation; not all do. You call for a job, the ability to support yourself financially and socially, a place to live, a plan for the court for conducting your life, usually your parents blessing, and a court order. You will probably be required to graduate school. It means you carry to royally screw up your childhood and become a grumpy adult 2 years early
