4th degree felony as a minor, and also first defense?
so i stole from work, yea stupid thing to do, i was also caught of course, and the officer said i be being charged with a fourth degree felony. i completely don't know anything just about legalities or anything. this is my first crime ever, i don't have any past history at all. and i'm worried Sh!t less. yes i know, i should get what i deserve, but please be a bit honest with me and don't dispense me any "you deserve what you get and so forth" because please, i've wanted to kill myself for this stupid incident. i'm a straight A student, and i'm 17, i never pictured myself through this within my life. first of can you please explain to me the degrees of felonies, and what could my sentence be, i'm for sure gunna live up to it and right to be heard plea guilty, it would be stupid if i didn't but what can happen to me, my court date in a a couple weeks. i'm really sorry for what i did, and i know it's not right, i get what i deserve, does anyone own any idea? and please don't give me a hard time, i'm going through alot as it is presently. thank you.

According to this website, the prosecutor will more than likely allow you to plead down to a misdemeanor shop lifting charge
Orge is incorrect. Your dictation as a minor is neither sealed or erased once you reach age of majority. This is common myth. You inevitability a Lawyer and pronto! If your work was a retail store you can find help at website below
You're a minor. Don't worry about it. Everything will go away once you're 18.
