Will/Should The Teacher Pay? Will Law Help This At All?
Okay so i was really tired and was really sick the night past last night, so when i was packing my backpack i accidentally put my ipod touch within my back pack with my ibook, no case no nought. The next day in my first class, when i be getting my ibook out for a powerpoint i saw it, and i didn't want it to get scratched, so i picked it up and tried to turn it off and put it in a safer place, but the instructor saw me with it, and took it away. She said she was going to the administrator to give them the device, and i inherent, because that is what tachers are suppose to do in middle school, right? So the subsequent day i asked my administrator for it. He said he didn't receive it yet, and when he does he will give it to me because he hidden my problem. Now it has been 2 days, and he still hasn't received it. I am thinking that the teacher who took it any lost/stole/forgot it. What should i do? I already told my parents and they believe me, they even called the school, and the school still DOESN'T KNOW WHERE IT IS! What if she really did lose it? It wasn't my defect, and everything i am saying is true, i promise! Give me advice or something to cool me down because me and that ipod touch are like sisters, i know it sounds crazy but it have all my stuff on it, and i don't always use it for just fun and games! I basically want it back. I am a sixth grader and clueless how to sort this out. Oh and i am dead broke so i have noooo hypothesis how to get another one if this teacher has it and is proverb she doesn't! My Basic question is: will/can/should she pay for it? Will the law minister to this at all? Thank you, every question means closely!!! I would ask the teacher, but she is the type that no one knows where on earth she goes after first class, and tomorrow i have her but sadly she will be at another conservatory. Do you think she is avoiding me? Because if that's the case it makes matter worse! And yes i have witnessess, everyone at school keeps asking "did you capture your ipod back, i heard your teacher took it" and "I hope you catch it back, i am praying for you" and "that teacher better have it" and "OMG Clarissa i can't believe that happen!" Can i tell the police, and will they like take it seriously?
Best Answer:
did you ask the teacher that took it about it? bottom splash is if the teacher says they didn't take it.. and not a soul saw.. it becomes he said she said.. so no way to prove anything. If otoh there are witnesses to the don taking it from you.. and the teach never turned it in.. then the educationalist will probably have to play to avoid prosecution and will probably be fired for a morals problem btw if you think that is undeserved you are wrong.. if the teach stole from a student.. i do NOT want that person teaching scholle.
Did you ask the trainer where it is?
You should approach your tutor in a nice way after class and ask if you can have it final. Tell your teacher that you are sorry for the inconvenience it has caused and promise that you will not do it again. if She say that she has lost it or wont give it back be in motion to your parents and have them go to the schools administrator to resolve it
You should hold your parents take this issue to the school board. Maybe they can help sort the problem out previously you call the police. I had a similar situation happen to me surrounded by the sixth grade. My device was not nearly as expensive and I did pursue the problem although I still think that I should own. If the teacher says she gave it to the administrator and the administrator denies reception it then one of them stole it and is lying about it, more likely the tutor.
