fiancee' co owns car with ex boyfriend. Couldn't get it back in court. How can she get it? Her names on title.?
The car is in both their names. She compensated off the car after selling her house. Paid around $25K and had documented proof.

I don't grasp why she can't get it in court. If she's in the title, she owns module of it. If it's not specified, she's assumed to be the owner of 50%. If she has paid more than that, she has to appropriate him to court and prove it. I don't think there's another way. She can go and pick it up, she's the owner after adjectives. But I'm sure that it's going to be trouble.
"Couldn't procure it back in court." tells me any you appeal the court judgment, or you let it go short of the GTA charge that she's heading for.
