My schedule at work is posted the day before for the work week, is there any california labor law against that?
Our schedule for Wednesday through Tuesday is posted on either Monday night or Tuesday (the daylight before we work). We don't get a set schedule, so it change every week. Is there any kind of california law that make that illegal?

I don't assume so. I have experienced what you are, I live in CA. It may be legal anyone posted 24 hours before it starts. It may seem sucky but if you have a opportunity and you like most everything else about it except the scheduling then you purely live with it because it's never perfect anywhere and many those don't have jobs.
seriously? Geez, people look for any way to press charges and such
No, it is as the employer needs. You have to congregate the needs of the company. It sucks.
