Order of protection what can we do?


I was charged with menacing in the second contained by a dispute with my fiance but not by her she didnt want charges pressed and the judge issued a stay away order since afterwards i have started counciling and we want to work things out but my next court date isnt until another month can she have the establish customized so we can be around each other again and so i can see my son without getting family court involved. And i dont muse it matters but on the order they spelled my name wron and also i could not own a firearm on me after signing the order but the line under it said i have to get my other guns from my house and bring them to the police station isnt that entrapment(ps stay away order in ny issued by the judge)

Gosh, the sentence was so long, I forgot to breath. Just abide by the order.

Here's your problem, if you work things out, everything will be fine, if you hold another fight she'll turn you in and you'll be in betrayal and in jail. This sounds more hazardous than a slug working in a brackish mine. Stay away! That is, at least until the order is abated.
Well there has to be more to the story consequently what you are telling. Why were you issued a menancing charge anyways? What all did you do prior within your history for a Judge to ignore her and slap you with one anyways? Usually in situations that may maintain accuring (as you keep doing the same thing or enjoy a history with the courts) the state can take over. And you both can not get a advocate and customize anything. You have to do what the Judge has ordered and on your next court date he will trade name his ruling of his findings of your case, if you have followed all advice and so forth. He can lengthen it until he feels you have have enough councel. Good luck to you.
You should abide by the order so you both don't look like the fools you apparently are--you for needing to hold charges filed, her for wanting to work things out.
If 'WE' want to work things out, you are ALREADY surrounded by violation of a court order. "can she have the instruct customized so we can be around each other again" That is not 'customizing' the order. It is REVOKING the order. SHE may know how to talk a judge into it, but if he issued an order lacking her knowledge, I doubt it.
