Will light cigarettes be illegal?

I read that light cigarettes are going to be banned. I don't smoke them but no one I know who smokes them does so because they focus they are healthier, they just taste different. So will single full flavor cigarettes and menthol be available. Also does this bill ban all flavors of black n milds except regular? I really don't see the point in doing this, the argument is to prevent kids from smoking but kids that want to smoke will smoke regardless of whether its full flavor or frothy.
Best Answer:
They are not light, they have just as much tobacco as the rest! They can't be market as light.
from what i own read, king obama says tobacco companies cant call them "light" or "less asphalt.. and t he flavored ones will be outlawed.
They're not gonna be banned... tobacco companies just can't use that title and advertise their cigarettes as human being less harmful than other cigarettes. Tobacco companies have used the titles "light" and "mild" to pile it on their cigarettes as less harmful. They won't be able to do that anymore. I don't really see the point any. I think all people realize smokes are fruitless for their health. Calling them light or mild isn't the deciding factor.
Menthol is not barred because it a favorite with black smokers. Light cigarettes will be constrained in its advertising claims. Your central affairs of state has decided what is best for you. The central administration oversight, via the FDA, will make such decisions that are deemed best for its subjects.
