The punishment varies from state to state. In California, it is 2, 3 or 4 years in prison, or probation. That individual said, what did she lie about? If she said she was 27, and is 30, it is not perjury. How long ago did it begin? Lastly, it is unlikely that the District Attorney will file charges. You can't prosecute. Talk to your lawyer if she lied in a travel case you were in. That could help reopen the elderly case. Otherwise, let it go.

Do you know how various spouses lie during a divorce case? And, can you guess how much court time it would take to "prove" respectively and every instance? If it determined some significant outcome - like you are now denied any visitation, etc., you can file a motion to revisit (based on changed circumstances) the issue. However, if you are in recent times being vengeful and want someone to acknowledge your ex lied, they do not want to hear it. Move on. What is to gained?
Make sure you have tough evidence.
