Are you really aloud to say whatever you want to a cop and they can't arrest you?
Sure. But they can find 30 different things to arrest you on contained by 3 minutes. Don't get too cocky. people talk rude to police adjectives the time, but it is not right to disrespect them
Yes and no.
Free speech and all that, you can tell them off if you close to, in fact I encourage it, as long as you're ready to face the possible consequences.
However, if for example you say "I'm going to shoot you", you ought to expect that officer to react suitably. And the law is on their side in this case.
With freedom comes responsibility.
You're best stale to say as little as possible. Do not answer questions directly if you can. Cops ask questions designed to trip you up and verbs for specific answers. Try to answer with another question.
"What's in the coup¨¦?"
"Seats and a steering wheel"
Ask them questions, "why am I being detained?" and "am I free to go?"
As long as the officer is man respectful, you should to. If not, give it back.
Nope.
The police power of arrest is limited; he can't arrest you just because he feels similar to it, or because you've been rude to him. In general (though there are exceptions), he requests to have cause to believe that you've committed a crime.
However, it's possible to commit a crime simply through speech. Uttering threats, for example.
Likewise, it's possible that, while speaking to a cop, you might give him sufficient explanation to believe you've committed a crime.
Well, its not the best idea... I've seen a guy flip off a cop and seize beaten with a nightstick. It was really funny, but looked prickly. I'm afraid so. Just be really clear, and respectful to them. Then they know your trying and/or are being a good person to them.
That's a bunch of hooey. I really doubt you'd get away beside threatening a cop. Or, if you start making a scene by saying all sorts of things, I bet you'd get arrested for disturbing the peace, public intoxication, assault, or something else. no they could cart you to jail for insulting an officer or they may just put you in the rear of their zone and take you for a ride someplace very dark and out of seeing catalogue
