Is it legal for a Greyhound bus driver to kick off a small 18 y. old girl in the desert at night for smoking?

(Far from any town)
its brutal wat the driver did
I don't know but WOW! what an assh*le!
She is a adult! Why not?
I wouldn't think so. But maybe it depends on how unruly the girl was. He must've been having a bad day, and that was the thing that pushed him over.

18 is adult... she's not a kid... she should follow rules
I don't think that's legal he is putting her in danger a warning would be the right thing 2 do.Call up greyhound and ask them, and explain 2 them what happened. What if the girl got killed by a car or something?
old enough to smoke, old enough to walk....
There has to be more to the story....

She had to do something real bad for that to happen.....

If he asked her to simply put it out and she complied....This would have never happened ...

IF it actually did happen....It would be interesting to hear the story from the other passengers and or the driver.....about what did occur.......

Most young people would rather tell a lie... even though the truth sounds better!
if the driver tells you not to smoke but you do it anyway you've gotta live with the consequences. At 18, you're an adult and have to stand responsible for your deeds. Get used to it. Oh, and quit smoking...
