If you actually do what they did in the video,if you did that to some random party and got their password...could they track you down and sue you?...like could AIM sue you for acting as an AIM employee?

No, you can not sue. A lawsuit requires negligence and damages.

In your example, the martyr would be the negligent one for giving someone his password.

As far as damages, there are none. AIM is a free service. All they could do is freeze his account.

Now, if the entity who hacked the account used the account to commit a fraud or some other crime, later there may be grounds for a lawsuit.
