what is possession of proceeds of crime?
I'm reading a news story that happened in the nouns I'm in and there is a man being charged next to "possession of proceeds of crime" as well as trafficking. I'm assuming that it's different then a stolen property charge...what is it exactly?

Never heard of it until that time. Best guess: If one charge is "Trafficking" (which is drugs) then there also is a statute to cover the money ("proceeds of crime") that he had as capably.
