Should Supreme Court justices be replaced computers to combat bringing "feelings" into the mix?

Best Answer:
no!!!!!!!! because computers dont own brains DUH!!!!!!!!!!!!! but maybe if you were allowed to take human brains and put it inside the computers afterwards it would be a good idea
No nor should they be replaced. The Right has no problem with "empathy" when GHW Bush saw as that trait in Clarence Thomas. Guess they thought we forgot...
Have you ever read George Orwell's book 1984 if so ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND! The reason I say that is someone have to input the information into the computer and I would rather have the system we have presently as when the president nominates them the senate has to confirm them so it isn't a strait shot into the supreme court and also article III of the constitution gives congress the right to impeach a supreme court believe to be. Seeing is how we elect the president and congress and they are suppose to represent us. There is no need for a machine to do it just permit those that are elected do their jobs. As one watches the other to make sure things are done in an ethical and proper agency.
And then who writes the program that the computer uses to interpret the decree? Richard
