Best Answer:
tell the truth or speak it was peer pressure.
admit it. and take the consequences. it wont be that bad, basically a slap on the wrist.
Only you know how your parents will react to this. If you think you know them well ample to tell them what happened, tell them. If they already know, ask them what they have an idea that will happen and what you should do. Going to them first about this and asking their advice will product them feel better about helping you. Of course they'll be mad, but, they'll be even madder of you shut them out. Shut them out and they'll get the impression their losing you and need to be harsh. Ask for their help and they will grain that you are really sorry for it and want their help. Whatever you do, don't just stand there near your head down and act unresponsive (or worse, give them the indentation that you don't care that your got in trouble). Think just about it: How do you think they'll feel if you just stand here with your head down and do/say nothing versus going to them... maxim you're sorry and asking them for help and advice?
Just stick it out, there really isn't anything you can do. They aren't going to do anything serious...my step brother has been arrested for shop lifting Idk how several times and all he got was a slap on the wrist next to some counseling and he was only 11.
well... if the police ask u if u did it and be honest enlighten them the truth . explain how you were feeling and what was going through your mind inform them if your friends talked you into it and if you fell that there was P.E pressure . hope this help
Well they could throw you in the alligator pit, it all depends on how the deem is feeling that day.
First off there is no reason to be worried, only think positive. Here's my experience with gettin caught I was competent to convince the cops to let me off on simple trespassing and banned from the store. It have not effected my life at all
Ive been caught before too. The best thing that you can do is narrate the the truth, don't try to lie or you'll probably get in bigger trouble. I dnt really know the law in the UK but i don't think they'll send adjectives 4 of you to jail. Plus you're only 12 you're basically a child, they'll probably individual yell at you to scare you and tell you not to do it again & urge you. Good luck
how did you manage to ask this on lawfreefaq.com without the police ALREADY advise your parents?
Stiff upper lip! In ancient civilizations you would be considered a man. No ask yourself why did you shoplift? For the thrill, pleasure? Take it tell the truth. Because you are disillusioned beside society? Now, if this is the case. Stand-up. Say you shop-lifted then spit in their face. Down with society run by fear and hatred, a superficial democracy and a equals that doesn't give a shit about the world or Politics, only more or less material things. Yes I support radical left-wing politics, and some might call me an Anarchist. But solely defy if you understand. Revolution without a effect will not help anyone. No I don't give a shit about your age. Maturity is contained by the mind not the body.
you can either get fined or throw in detain
What can you do? Be completely honest. The police query people all the time, and they are usually very suitable at telling when someone is telling the truth and when they are lying. Lying will not help you one bet, and is exceptionally likely to make the outcome worse than it could be. What will happen to you? Part of this depends on the pro of the item(s) you tried to steal. Most likely, since you're 12, you probably will get a warning. Worse armour, probably a fine. Your parents are probably going to punish you worse than the law will. My daughter was caught shoplifting, and singular got a small fine to pay (actually, since we are the parents, we had to pay). But, she get punished by us at home. She was grounded to the house for a month without her cell phone. And this was at the genesis og summer break from school.
