What are your Constitutional Rights if...?

you are working for a company and they are using bully or Victimisation tactics, plus acting in a corrupt manner, is it your constitutional right to be a whistle blower and go to the media?

Going to the Media is never the most correct way to go. They always put their spin and slant on the facts. You could be the one in the pickle when it should be the bastard dicks at the top. Funny how that happens.

Australia has nothing like the USA's Bill of Rights as part of our Constitution, so you have no 'constitutional rights' to do anything. You do, however, have legal rights and most, if not all, states have laws which protect whistleblowers.
