USA.gov is a good start for federal canon of USA. to attempt to answer your question i would need to know if you are wanting the federal law of the USA or do you also want the law of the 50 states of the USA. (please note that the laws of each state are commonly unique. i doubt a single site gives all contained by any event, but you should be aware of how vast your question is. the counties and cities of each state may also own enacted laws that apply within their jurisdiction those entities. global treaties, etc. also technically make up usa law when signed by us.
You can find the statutes of the United States and each of the states on Findlaw.com. That same site has access to many (not all) of the appellate court decision. It does not have local ordinances of your city or county. You can also subscribe to westlaw. The scope of your subscription could include tons of things. Your problem will probably be because you do not know enough about the law, or even what constitutes statute, to effectively use those sites. That, however, was not your question.

There isn't one, really, because there's too many and the system is too complicated... There is the following: USCA: This is all of the federal laws and constitution CFR: Code of federal regulations, which list the rules promulagated by exectuive agencies. Common Law: After laws and regs are passed, the application of them changes depending on the judicial interpretation. This is further complicated by the fact that every state have their own laws, regulations, and common law. No state directive may conflict with any federal law, however. Finally, there can be any number of local/county law and regulations to contend with. This is why lawyers have job.
