Not sure why anyone would want to live in Mississippi since that state seems to hold a poor reputation with caring for its own. JACKSON, Miss. (AP) — Poor Mississippi residents who rely on state and federal health insurance facade a burden their counterparts in other states don't — they must show up in person at a Medicaid department every year to renew health coverage for themselves and their children. Advocates say the four-year-old policy means children are mortal denied insurance because their parents don't have transportation or can't take time off from work.
I believe you would go to where on earth ever you get your license.
I'm in Hinds County. I would believe you'd have to go to the MDOS office to apply, indistinguishable place you get your regular license. Go to mississippi.gov and have a look around.
