Can I get out of lease within 24 hours with no penalty?

Car dealer did not fully disclose terms of lease, in certainty, he actually hid them from view while asking me to initial reliable items. I want to return the car immediately & get my downpayment fund. Do I have a leg to stand on?
Despite popular belief, there are no 3-day right-of-recission (buyer's remorse) laws that apply to automobile purchases or lease. Your only recourse is to appeal to the good graces of the broker management.

Him "hiding" things is more your fault for not taking the contract and reading it over prior to initialing. However, you could appeal to the management and threaten that you’ll find legitimate representation. That might help get you out of it but I’d try to take the lofty road first.

In a nutshell, you probably don't have any real leg to stand on (unless a lawyer can find something else they screwed up) but you might gain lucky if you act quickly and civilly without a attorney.
