Who is appointed to ensure protective services does thier job?
Why do they allow children to stay in a home when it's an unsafe enviroment? They've closed all previous investigations for lack of evidence- even though here were bruises, deep cuts and the children show fear of self in the home- but they say "sorry, not enough evidence" and close the bag?
When is enough enough when it comes to protecting children- why do they wait until it's too unsettled and the poor child is left scarred for life?
Who is appointed to ensure they do thier livelihood?
Call the police every time you sense abuse is going on. CPS does not have enough family working to follow all of the cases they have. Their office requests more funding.
If you have documented proof that they are not doing their jobs then contact the district attorney's department and report that your complaints to CPS and the police have gone ignored.
the courts oversee CPS
They have a tough, unfulfilling job.
