Is my Employer commiting ss fraud?
My emloyer has been taking ss out of my check weekly as he should how ever it has not be in my ss statement for 4 years. In other words he is keepinh the money I think. What do I do?

Go to your local social security office. Not only is the employer required to distribute the funds in but match them.
First go to the SS, bring your evidence, they'll explain to check in their records if you are right. Then you file a complaint right in that in the SS office and they'll take assistance of the rest.
