Copyright infringment. DIY band clothing on Ebay?
i want to make my own band clothing and sell it on Ebay using band logos,what would i need to do to make it legal so i dont go and get sued for Copyright?
Get the band management's permission. They'll probably refuse because they want to market their own merchandise. If they agree, they will want a royalty and some reassurance about the quality of the stuff you're selling.
Pay the band...lots and lots of money. If you're referring to using someone elses logo, you would hold to obtain permission from whoever holds the copyright.
