I intend to start a games parlour for providing access to users to plastation, X-Box etc for a price?
Is it legal to set up a parlour where I can have multiple stations where people can use the playstation or XBox or other cartridge games on pay per use basis?
Are these games meant for home use only and not for commercial purpose?
I have sent similar mails to Sony and XBox a couple of times but they have not responded!
Will I be violating copyright or any other law in setting up such a parlour?

You will need to licence each game with the copyright owner and pay the usual royalty.
It is totally legal as long as you have permission from the various game developers.
It's no different than showing movies at your place of business and charging the public either directly or indirectly.
