California marijuana possession charges?
so my boyfriend is charged with simple possession and he has his appearance in court surrounded by a week.
i was wondering what you think he might get... liscense revoked? classes? fined? what?
anyone know of a similar grip?
hes pleading no contest... whatever that means
His pleading no contest means he have no priors... he will have to pay a fine and may be on unsupervised probation for 2 years.
