Usually 14 or 16. You need to prove that you can take carefulness of yourself (responsible for job, education, paying rent/bills, cook and clean for yourself, etc). The hardest segment is proving that you can be independent and mature and that your parents are in some way not taking fastidiousness of you or you would be better off without them.
