Should the United States legal drinking age be changed to 18?

In 1986, Mother Against Drunk Driving succeeded in lobbying efforts to make federal highway subsidies dependent on a 21 drinking age. Since after, every state has complied. Does this help keep us protected on the roads or does it infringe states' rights and the freedoms that come along with adulthood?
Like that rule ever stopped Teens from drinking. I personally believe that it should be moved to 25.

Kids in America just arn't raise propperly to drink responsibly.
No, it should be changed to 12, along with the handgun laws. NO. 21 is fine drinking age. Be competent to drink is a privilege not a right and at 18 most kids that age arent mature or responisble enough to handle that responsiblity. so I muse 21 is a fine drinking age...
I think it should be 18, and the minor age should be 16, close to driving and marraige here in California.
No, it should be raised to age 25. i think it should be lowered to that age.
No rights have be 'infringed'. Any state that wants a different age can by a simple vote. The fact that the state will lose highway funds has nil to do with rights.
