Is it legal to order marijuana seeds & recieve them in the mail in California USA?
If the seeds are ordered from Canada or overseas . RELAX all you who are uptight about this kind of stuff its not for me to grow Marijuana I'm just curious because I keep seeing offers about this kind of stuff on different sites and my stupid friend keeps saying that its perfectly legal while I know it's not so we decided to ask all of you to prove that I'm right !! We bet a cool $5 on the subject so I hope that I'm right anyway :) Thanx for the help guys !
