Legality of This Working Setup?
Is it legal to work 8 hours without being given a break? Is the answer one and the same if you work full-time vs. part-time? Thanks for the answers so far. To add a bit more information, this is in Georgia and it is at a fast-food pizza restaurant.

That depends entirely on the contract you own - either your personal contract or your union contract, if you are a union contestant. If you work part-time, you automatically work fewer than eight hours, so that would not be applicable. It would be unusual to have an member of staff work an eight hour shift without a break - largely because it is inefficient, but in some cases, it does happen. If you perceive you are being treated unjustly, contact your nearest Labor Relations Board and ask for clarification and, if needed, assistance.
Depends on the laws of your unknown country and/or State or Province. In some places it's decriminalized, in some it isn't. Richard
