What is a statue law? and is it the same around the world, or different in every country?
A statute law is actually a part of a broad group of law called statutory laws. Essentially there are two types of law... statutory and common.
Statutory laws are enacted by the legislators -- the senators and representatives (or, contained by some cases, administrative agencies... blah blah).
Common law is made by judges and the changing times.
Statutory canon is not the same everywhere -- there are certain statutes which govern adjectives of the states in the US (the U.S. Code, but each state and county can establish its own regulations, as well).
A statuTe is a written law. Laws are different from place to place.
