Gun crime in uk?
what is the legal position in UK with regard to an individual owing a starter pistol and blank ammo Is it a crime?
Total police state, total disarmed citizens.
No guns, no protection, nothing resemblung guns.
Only criminals and police can protect themselves.
ask at your local police station an air gun is no problem though My neighbours little boy had his BB gun taken stale of him a while back.The police told her they would remove/take any gun resembling that of a real one.I would ask the police to take a look but I'm pretty sure starter pistols are within the category or resemblance guns.
they are legal to own and use. but if you have it on show in a public nouns you will be arrested. you need to have it hidden from public panorama at all time except when using it on private ground where you have concurrence. the police could ask you to prove a need for it.
its not illegal to own but i think you may involve a small arms license for it. your local gun and tackle shop could tell you better.
