civil court lawsuit, bank accounts and 401K?

if someone takes money from you or steals from you in any kind of process, and you take that person to court and the court rules for them to pay you subsidise, if they have NO ASSETS like real estate and its a massive amount of money they took say like $60,000 and cant pay it wager on is it legal to take something like their 401K from them? my sister be executor of my fathers will and took the $60,000 that was suspose to go to me. this be 9 years ago and i just found out (b/c 9 years ago i was only 13 and within is NO STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS on a case like this in the state of texas) i know that the court is going to rule surrounded by my favor b/c i have all the proof. but i know shes going to say she doesnt hold it and i can't foreclose on her house b/c she doesnt own any property. the only thing of value she have that i can think of that has $60,000 is her 401K. oh and if its in her hill account or safe deposit box can i take that too? and if so how do i find this info. out and bring it to the court?

You obligation an attorney to give you legal advice. She committed a crime but it seem like people can get away beside things like that these days.
