Are minors important?
Ok, I need someone who has recruited nation or have hired people or who are part of the process of someone who may know someone who hires nation or look at resumes and such and also anyone who just knows this..how important is have a minor? Is it really necessary? Will it give you the benefit of having more career opportunities? I'm a Communication Studies major and I was thinking of marketing surrounded by business marketing, but do you think I really even need it?
It's as important as you bring in it. Most employers won't notice if you don't have one, but if you want to enjoy more to talk about, list it on the resume.
Just be sure it make sense. To be a Business Communication Major with a Minor in Architectural Pottery Design might have some those scratching their heads.
How else can we get coal out of da ground.
