If abortion was illegal, what should be done with the women who have illegal abortions?

Probably one and the same thing as with any addiction such as drugs or alcohol. They should have mandatory counseling, and treatment for sex addiction. With adjectives of the information on sex and condoms, why is abortion even necessary, save for the rare cases of rape or strength?
Abortion is permissible. Going into a chuch and murdering someone is illegal. See the difference?
Hi For all of you who were not alive during the 60's and 70's abortion was crooked and most of the women were not punished because no one knew they be having a baby, most went out of state to own the abortion and they were mostly done in the most darkest places in the cities and country sides. For those who did hold money they went to a country where abortion was lawful. Many women died after the procedure due to bleeding or infections. Some were never able to have children again. But I do not ever remember reading within the newspapers that a women went to prison for abortion. It was a woeful time in our country. The law of the land is that women enjoy the same right as a man to decide what is best for her and that right was given to adjectives women under Roe V. Wade back in 1973 by the Supreme Court of the United States, and not a soul, not the government or the churches has the right to tell a woman what is best for her. That is between women and their doctors.

if it was made illegal....consequently it would be declared as murder. so the charge should be the same as premeditated murder.

Abortion might be legal BUT "illegal abortions" already exits (abortions after the legal frame of time; or perform by people that have no license and/or medical training; or performed surrounded by any other way contrary to law) and there are penalties for doing so, even put in prison time for the person performing it and for the person asking for the illegal service.
Women have been getting risky abortions for centuries. Sometimes it works....sometimes they die.....sometimes they have the child and thank God they didn't have the choice.
