How to file a police report on fraudulent activity through email?
Victim...Okay, my first time selling on the internet and the transaction using paypal. Apparently the buyer is nice and sincerely but he's a fake and want your money. I thought I can trust paypal because I read there S***, have a nice protection but not good enough. I called them for sustain and they only tell me to file a police report. How can I profile a police report?

Doesn't pay pal protect up to $2000? Something sounds weird here. name them back and keep going up the chain of command till you receive a hold of someone with a brain
You go to your police department and file a report detailing what happen.
